We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Specialist to join our team and help us acquire new international clients.

As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will:
• Identify and acquire new clients via email, LinkedIn, and market research
• Prospect and qualify leads according to Correct Context’s ideal client profile
• Initiate contact and schedule calls or demos with potential clients
• Present and tailor Correct Context’s value proposition to client needs
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine outreach and lead generation strategies
• Represent the company at international conferences and industry events
• Manage your pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
The candidate must have:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales (corporate or startup clients)
• Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets
• High motivation, persistence, and independence in action
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel internationally for business meetings and events
• (Nice to have) Experience in SaaS, startups, or IT B2B environments
The recruitment process for the Data Engineer position has the following steps:
- Intro call – quick 15–20 min chat
- Sales interview – 60 min video call with Director of Operations
- Homework task – short practical assignment to show your sales approach
- Final talk – 20 min meeting with management
