Correct Context is looking for a Data Science Manager for Samba TV in Warsaw, Poland.

We are looking for a Data Science Manager in our Warsaw office, and we are looking for someone based in Warsaw who can work in a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

As a Data Science Manager, you'll:
Lead and grow a team of 4-6 data scientists building knowledge graph and identity solutions
Translate business challenges into technical roadmaps and oversee end-to-end delivery
Prioritize people leadership through hiring, clear goals, coaching, and team development
Partner closely with Product and Engineering on scoping, prioritization, and execution
Stay hands-on when helpful, supporting model development and technical decision-making
Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
The candidate must have:
Experience managing Data Science teams
A people-first leadership approach and a track record of developing team members
5+ years of data science experience with strong statistics and machine learning fundamentals
Hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree required
Nice to have:
Knowledge graphs and semantic modeling (RDF, OWL, SPARQL, or equivalent graph frameworks)
Entity resolution and identity graph experience
Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar
Graph-based or embedding-based methods
Modern AI methodologies, including RAG
Media or ad-tech background
