Full Stack Engineer (Angular + Spring)
Correct Context is looking for a Full Stack Engineer (Angular + Spring) for CarSimple in Poland and surrounding countries.
CarSimple is an Irish automotive all‑in‑one digital platform for car management scheduled for launch in 2026. We connect motor dealers, underwriting capacity, and claims governance within a controlled, data‑driven environment. This is a greenfield project where you can shape architecture and direction from the ground up. Join our small, tight‑knit team of engineers and designers who believe in simplicity, transparency and impact.
CarSimple is a small team in a startup environment. It offers a lot of freedom, a fast-moving environment, no bureaucracy, and full ownership of your work, with a hands-on approach in an agile setting. Startups come with trade-offs: working in a small team means occasionally handling customer issues; in an agile setup, priorities can change quickly; and there are often more tasks than people available. It's a great environment for people who are keen on learning a lot, want to push forward and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
We offer:
Salary – B2B: 720PLN/d (90PLN/h) - 960PLN/d (120PLN/h) net for 230 working days 💰
Impact from day one – shape a product used by thousands across Europe 🚀
Small team, big autonomy – no corporate bureaucracy, just smart people building something meaningful 🧑💻
Modern tech stack – Angular, Spring Boot, Java 17, MongoDB, AWS 🔧
Remote‑first culture – work from anywhere in Poland
Fast decision chain – no weeks of waiting
As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll:
Develop and maintain new features for our automotive platform, from UI to API
Collaborate closely with the CTO, UX and PO to shape the product
Write clean, testable, maintainable code – and review teammates’ work
Integrate with existing dealer‑facing systems and APIs
Comfortably work across Angular, Spring, and AWS
Help improve development processes, tooling, and code quality
Participate in daily stand‑ups, planning, and informal tech discussions
The candidate must have:
Strong expertise in Angular 14 or higher – components, RxJS, routing, state management
Hands-on approach – help others before they ask you
Independent mindset – take vague requirements, ask the right questions, deliver working solutions
Communication & risk awareness – speak up early when something is unclear or risky, be open and transparent
Nice to have:
Linux as your developer environment (highly preferred)
Experience with Spring Boot – REST APIs, dependency injection, security
Java 17 – comfortable with modern Java
MongoDB or another NoSQL database
AWS basics (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront)
Docker, Kubernetes
If you don't have all the qualifications, but you're interested in what we do and you have a solid Angular/Spring background – let's talk!

Initial screening – 30-minute video call with recruiter

Products
We strongly believe that working on a specific product for longer period of time has a lot of benefits. Person working in such environment where deep understanding of a product, technology in a stable environment can render great ideas, improvements and benefit everybody. No switching projects every three months, no new manager every three months, no new customer every three months. -
Craftsmanship
Everyday we learn something. It's great when you can not only learn but use that knowledge to build great stuff and grow yourself. We are big fans of excellence and technical craftsmanship. No excuses to avoid CI, tests, QA, best practices. It's true that shipping is the most important thing, but in the end, it's your name on it, let's make it right way. -
Stable and Flexible Environment to Grow
As practice shows, small teams are best to achieve best results and we are big fans of that approach. It's easier to agree on holidays, specific time to work, plan your time to take children from school. It's easier to agree on technical solutions and easier to communicate. With all that and bunch of extra smaller things like private healthcare, trainings, flexible working hours, fully remote or office options, employment of B2B type of work, lawyer/accountant help we are creating stable and safe environment for you to grow not only on a technical level, but also as a person. -
Technical Autonomy
We trust you. All teams have the autonomy to pick best solutions, best software, best approach for problem solving. No crazy managers to tell you that mongodb is a must or everybody must work in vim. We want you to support you on the road to technical excellence and avoid artificial blockers. All structures are as flat as possible and all decision making is as close to the core as possible. I hope you enjoy this a lot.
Workplace & culture
We really love to make working software products. We are small teams that are focused on specific products. Each of us contributes to project we like the most and with trust, independence and autonomy, hands-on approach and great software craftsmanship we shape the future.
