We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of our online marketing strategy and execution.
You’ll play a key role in building Correct Context’s brand presence across digital channels and driving high-quality leads for our sales team.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
• Oversee SEM campaigns – plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn to generate leads and increase brand visibility
• Drive Content Marketing & SEO – build and manage a content strategy, optimize website and blog for organic traffic
• Organize webinars and online events to position Correct Context as a thought leader in the IT recruitment space
• Manage email marketing & automation – plan, test, and optimize newsletter and lead nurturing campaigns
• Collaborate closely with content writers, designers, and the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and impactful campaigns
• Deliver high-quality B2B leads through integrated digital efforts
• Support sales presence at conferences and industry events
The candidate must have:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, backed by measurable results
• Proven success in SEM campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a budget of at least 100,000 PLN
• Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing strategy
• Experience in B2B lead generation and cooperation with sales teams
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• (Nice to have) Experience in SaaS, B2B Software, or IT environments
The recruitment process for the Digital Marketing Manager has the following steps:
