As a Junior Linux Engineer, you'll:
- Design and build strategic applications for business operations (aka backoffice management apps, web/mobile, python/flutter/rust/nix/kubernetes)
- Learn a lot - there is ton of technical expertise that you need to learn along the way (kubernetes, system design, system architecture, databases of all kinds)
- Build automation pipelines
- Manage infrastructure (Kubernetes)
- Troubleshooting issues related to infrastructure or internal tools
The candidate must have:
- Pretty good Linux knowledge as power user (processes, threads, bash, tooling (awk, xargs, ps, lsof, etc.), compiling, managing packages and configuration)
- Knowing API/HTTP/REST
- At least Python or other functional language solid basics
- Professional working proficiency in English (both oral and written)
- Hands-on mindset
