As a Linux Recruitment Engineer, you'll:

  • 50% Be technical recruiter (we have ATS and administration covered, but need somebody to help evaluate technical skills)
  • 50% Develop assisted recruitment platforms (LLMs, MLs, python) and assessment execution environments (kubernetes) - we don't require commercial experience, BUT you must know what you are doing

The candidate must have:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct technical interviews (we will teach you how)
  • Passion to psychology, communication, human behaviour
  • 2+ years of strong Linux experience (processes, memory managment; not need commercial exp, but you need to be poweruser, sysadmin, linux dev, more is better)  
  • Know quite well at least 1 programming language (python, dart, javascript/typescript, java, haskell, whatever)
  • Solid programming skills (design patterns, concurrency, multi threading)
  • Fluent in English
